Objective: To develop new product line as well as equipment required for automating production.  Design of winders, sizing presses, vulcanizing presses, lead benders, gauging equipment and various jigs and fixtures. Solution:   Designed, manufactured and commissioned a new production line.  Provide training of personnel on each station. Outcome: Production product approval process accepted.  Eight months total project time from preliminary concept to production approval.
